While this would’ve been a good album for some hip-hop artist, this was Jay-Z’s worst.ġ0. That’s why he later reissued the album as The Blueprint 2.1 in 2003. Ultimately, I thought there were too many songs on the album and so did Jay-Z. There were a lot of misses on this such as “Some People Hate” and “2 Many Hoes.” There were a lot more upbeat and party songs, such as the singles “03 Bonnie and Clyde” and “Excuse Me Miss.” It was much more pop sounding than the previous Blueprint. The Blueprint 2-The Gift and the Curse (2002): Blueprint 2 was Jay’s attempt to release a double album like Biggie and Tupac, but it failed miserably. Two of his albums The Blueprint and Reasonable Doubt are considered classics, but what about his other albums?
